The Champion Mindset Program is designed for youth players 15+ who want to play with more confidence, perform consistently, and take steps toward a professional career.

Rooted in the principles of FC Barcelona’s La Masia Academy, the program guides you step by step to build a stronger mindset through monthly live online classes. You’ll improve your performance on the pitch while developing personal skills off the pitch.

Inside the program, you’ll train the same pro-level mindset habits I teach my professional players, including mental performance tools, daily routines and mindset hacks to help with overthinking, low confidence and other mental challenges.

Kids are taught math, science, and how to solve problems - but not how be mindful, how to handle pressure, stay calm and focused, or quiet their racing thoughts before an important test or a big game, or before going to bed.

Most young athletes don’t know the difference between productive and unproductive thinking. They’ve never been shown how to shift their focus away from self-doubt or distraction and into the present moment - where great performance happens and where we get the chance to enter real flow states. And yet, focus and attention are the foundation of any high-level performance. Without it, confidence wavers, performance dips, and frustration builds.


That’s where mental training comes in.

  • As a collegiate athlete the mental side of sport is just as difficult as the physical aspect. I’ve struggled a lot with recent injuries which takes a big toll of one’s mental health. Stefan helped me identify and overcome difficulties I never knew I had.
